Company inquiries and applications

When you submit a company inquiry, partnership proposal, career interest, or customer story, the website stores the details you provide and a reference number in a private database for review by the website owner. We use them to review and respond to your request. Submissions are not automatically published. Request deletion by emailing info@nnasmt.com and include your reference number if available.

Retention and review

Our review schedule flags closed submissions after 180 days, career-interest submissions after 180 days, and other submissions after one year. We review whether continued retention is needed before deletion. Company backup copies are scheduled for removal after 30 days unless a documented need requires longer. You may request deletion using the contact information above.

Submission notifications

When email notifications are enabled, our email service receives the submission reference and category so it can alert the website owner. The notification does not include your name, email address or message. Private submissions remain available to the owner even if a notification cannot be delivered.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information submitted through this website. Information may be shared with the relevant NFG company or service providers when needed to respond to or fulfill your request, or when required by law.

Free tools

Free-tool entries and selected files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to the company inquiry database. Drafts, expenses, and timesheets are saved only when you choose Save. Favorites are stored when selected; recent-tool history is opt-in. Export or delete work within each tool. Anyone using the same browser profile may access saved work. Browser data clearing can remove it.

Help using this website

The hosting provider may process connection information to serve and protect this website. Submission limits use a hashed connection identifier in short-lived hourly records. Optional offline access stores tool files on your device. Removing offline files does not delete saved work. Tool feedback opens an email draft; you choose whether to send it. File sharing passes the generated file to the sharing app you select.

External websites

NFG Tuning and NFG Bay operate separate websites, which may have their own privacy practices. If you email us, your email provider and our email systems process the message.
